Welcome to Cypress Creek Elementary!

Dear Cypress Creek Families,

I am the proud principal of Cypress Creek Elementary School and am honored to serve the students and community of Port Orange, Florida. Cypress Creek serves over 800 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Our school mission is to work as a team to encourage student achievement, safety, respect, and citizenship in order to ensure the success of each and every student. Cypress Creek lives that mission each and every day as our teachers, staff, families and administrators work together to provide the best educational opportunities for our students.

If you are looking for a school that encourages family and community involvement, look no further! Our parents are an integral part of our school's success. We are very fortunate to have an active and supportive Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), and we always welcome parents to serve as members on our School Advisory Council (SAC).

These relationships are essential when creating the best possible learning environment for all. I welcome that support and look forward to working together as we continue to advance student learning and provide a fulfilling educational experience for our otters!
